Great Success in Ulster Primary Schools for Sliabh Beagh

Last weekend sixteen Sliabh Beagh Swimmers made their way to The Seven Towers Leisure Centre in Ballymena to take part in the Ulster Primary schools swimming Championship. This Gala sees children from the nine counties of Ulster represent their primary school in this highly attended and competitive event.  For some of our swimmers this is an annual event, for others this was their first time competing at this level. This was the largest number of swimmers from the club to take part in this Schools competition. The coaches were delighted with everyone’s performance and regardless of a final place finish of not, they feel that this will prove an invaluable experience for the swimmers.
