Aquasprint v Newry and Mourne Swim Club

Our younger swimmers were delighted to come out on top in this encounter last weekend in Coral Leisure. They swam very well in this U12 league event and came out convincing winners with a final
score line of 252 – 148. Team captains on the day were Riya George and Ridas Zelvys.   The team were delighted to come out with the win, they are on a winning streak at the moment.   Well done
everyone and thanks to the parents and coaches who helped out on the evening.

Future Challengers Series Meet 4.

This meet was held on Saturday at Lisnasharragh Leisure Complex. We had a number of swimmers attend and they all did performed very well.   Every swimmer ended up with a top three finish and
personal best times which is a great boost for them. Well done to Owen finishing top in all three of his races.  Riya and Ridas earned a gold each and two silver, Millie and Matthew both took home
silver in fly, Sophia, Jay and Chullain came home with two third place finishes while Lucy took bronze in fly.

You all should be very proud of yourselves.

Ulster Schools Swimming gala

This gala took place on Sunday in Ards. We had a few swimmers attending, representing their schools. Lucy Connolly had a great swim in 50fly, with a new pb time and took home the gold medal.
Lucy was swimming on behalf of Largy College, Clones.

A great achievement, well done.

• Fundraiser – Fun run with a splash of colour takes place in St Macartans College grounds on May 20th at 2pm.
• Ulster Age group takes place over next weekend. We wish the swimmers attending the best of luck!
