Great Success at Sliabh Beagh Inaugural Gala

Seventeen Sliabh Beagh swimmers took part in the club’s Inaugural Masters Gala last weekend. For some this was their first attempt at Masters swimming, for many others this was an opportunity to swim at this level on their home turf!

The gala was a huge success with great interest from across the country. For the organising committee this was a baptism of fire, running the first gala at this level and operating the new timing system which was recently installed.
