Division 2 National Championships
This weekend Jamie, Emer, Caoimhe, Sean, Alison, Lorcan, Cillian and Matthew represent the club in the Irish Div 2 Championships in the University of Limerick swimming Arena venue.
This is the culmination of a season of solid training, a series of good swims, leaving all swimmers with a good chance of reaching a number of finals and possibly a few medals if they swim to their maximum potential in this gala.
We wish them well. We hope they will be very satisfied with their times and apart from swimming well and fast, that they will enjoy their time in Limerick.
All of the swimmers going to this Championships have worked hard, are really improving their skill level and are capable of challenging in the coming couple of years for honours at Division 1 and higher level.
Progress by all our swimmers in the club is gradual and as experience in competition is gained, we are showing that we can compete with the best in the country. So, on behalf of the coaching team, club executive and all swimmers at all levels in the club, we are cheering and supporting you in your efforts in Limerick this weekend.
