All swimmers in All Squads are expected to apply the body weight exercises they are issued in their own time at least 2 times a week.
Development Squad
- Basic ability in Front Crawl, Backstroke, and Breast Stroke as assessed by a club coach / teacher.
AquaSprint Squad
- Proficiency in Front Crawl, Backstroke and Breaststroke and an initial grounding in Butterfly.
Junior Squad
- Proficiency in all strokes.
Intermediate & Senior Squad
- Proficiency in all strokes.
