The following is the proposed training plan for the dates below.
This is separate from club training and consequently will have to paid for outside club arrangements.
Cost will also depend on the commitment shown by those eligible to attend. It is proposed to divide the cost equally across all swimmers whether they attend once (1 time) or every session. The fee will be paid in advance and will be as low as possibly.

All swimmers should indicate their intentions to attend this training on or before Friday 23 December 2011.
If swimmers are not attending all sessions, please indicate those you will not be attending. This is to facilitate pool lane booking and potential costs.
