SLIABH BEAGH SWEEP THE BOARDS AT COMMUNITY GAMES COUNTY FINALS

19 Gold, 6 Silver and 6 Bronze Medals

35 Sliabh Beagh swimmers in total took part in this year’s Community Games County Finals in Coral Leisure. The club showed their strength in all of the races taking home a massive medal tally. 19 swimmers now qualify for the National Finals which take part in Limerick in May this year. Congratulations and we’ll done to everyone who took part.

ULSTER POST PRIMARY SCHOOLS TRIATHLON.
Cillian McGahon and Sheenagh McKenna competed in the Ulster Post Primary Schools Triathlon on Sunday the 25th of March in Omagh, Co. Tyrone. Cillian Mc Gahon came 1st in his age category U14, Cillian was representing Patrician High School, Carrickmacross  and Sheenagh came 3rd in U14 she was representing St. Louis Secondary School Monaghan.  Both Cillian and Sheenagh are through to the All Ireland Post Primary Triathlon Competition . Well done to you both.
