Four Sliabh Beagh swimmers took part in the Cootehill Triathlon last weekend. As expected all four showed their strength in the swim section covering 750m in the open river. This was followed by a 20k cycle out the Ballybay rd, over to Rockcorry and back to Cootehill. Finishing off with a tough 5k run through the forest park. Well done to Oran Mc Gee, Emily Madden, Emer Mc Kenna and Colin Gorman. We look forward to seeing you at more races over the summer.

National Aquatic Centre Gala

Well done to Nathan Shields, Leon Campbell, Matthew Skeath, Sheenagh Mc Kenna, Hanna Skeath, Cliodhna Sheridan and Katie Bowden who took part in this gala at the weekend. Coaches report to follow next week.
