Success For Sliabh Beagh Swimmers at Community Games National Finals.

Well done to our Sliabh Beagh swimmers who competed in Athlone last weekens at the Community Games National Finals.  All swimmers brought home Personal Best times, many progressed to semi-finals and Finals with a number bringing home medals. Well done to Connor Comiskey who took Gold in the 50M Freestyle. Allison Gorman won Silver in the 50M Butterfly. Matthew Comiskey got Bronze in the 50M Breaststroke,  Leon Campbell medalled in the 50M Fly and Georgina Walker won Bronze in the U8 Freestyle.  Also well done to Darcy Walker, Sheenagh mc Kenna, Katie Trainor, Tadgh Lennon, Brion Sherry, Conor Curren, Eanna Curran, Enri Shiels,  James Campbell and Kyle Crean Mc Kenna.

Also well done to the Castleblayney boys Relay team and the Tullycorbet relay team who put in a great effort on the day. Well done everyone.

 

Sympathy Extended.

The club would like to extend their condolences to Emer Mc Kenna and Brenda Barry and their family on the death of their father Seamus Mc Kenna. May he rest in peace.
